Leah Horstman
Leah began her photography career at a young age when her father, an accomplished travel photographer, shared his love of picture taking with her. Then, on high school trip to Yosemite NP, she captured images that a local newspaper published. That experience opened her eyes to a career in photography and reinforced her love of the mountains. Since then, Leah's work has been shared by National Geographic and won the Nature Conservancy's 2016 photo of the year. For many years, she also trained and showed horses, competing in both Cutting and Reining events. But now, the cowboy boots have been retired for hiking boots at that search for perfect light.
